グローバルプロボノサミットTOKYO 2023

サミットを通して最後のイベントとなるFuture Session。明治学院大学にて、「プロボノ×ユース」をテーマに開催されました。
シンガポール・タイ・ヨーロッパ・メキシコ・日本の事例を紹介し、参加者同士でディスカッションを行いました。最後は、グローバルメンバーによるコミットメント宣言を行い、幕を閉じました。
明治学院大学の学生、支援先団体、プロボノワーカーの皆さまをはじめ、多くの方々に支えられ開催できましたことに、本当に感謝しております。ありがとうございました。プロボノの新たな未来への一歩でありますように！

The Future Sessions were the final events of the Summit held at Meiji Gakuin University under the theme "Pro Bono x Youth".Case studies from Singapore, Thailand, Europe, Mexico, and Japan were presented and discussed among participants.The event concluded with declarations of commitments by the global members to the future.We are truly grateful for the support of Meiji Gakuin University students, partner organizations, pro bono workers, and many others who helped make this event possible.May this be a step toward a new Pro Bono future!

Site Visit では、朝早くから４つの団体様へチームに分かれて訪問しました。
「境を超えて」「樹恩ネットワーク」「バディチーム」「ママボノ」
団体の活動やプロボノとの関りなど、お話いただき、生の声に触れていただく貴重な機会となりました。

In the Site Visit, we were divided into teams and visited four organizations early in the morning.(Sakai wo Koete, JUON Network, Buddy Team and Mamabono by Service Grant Japan). It was a valuable opportunity for the participants to talk about the activities of the organization and their involvement with pro bono workers, and to get a firsthand look at the real voices.

ついに、グローバルプロボノサミット東京の本番を迎えました。
GBPSでは、日本から「ふるさとプロボノ」と「デジボノ」の紹介、グローバルメンバーからは、シンガポール・ケニア・メキシコ・中国の取組みについて紹介いただきました。質問が活発に飛び交い、最後はケニアのと日本の歌を披露いただき、盛会となりました！

Global Pro Bono Summit Tokyo was held.In the Pro Bono Place Global, Japanese Pro Bono workers shared their experience of "Furusato Pro Bono" and "Degi Bono".Global members introduced their activities in Singapore, Kenya, Mexico, and China.We exchanged many questions and ideas. Finally, we sang songs from Kenya and Japan. The event was a lot of fun.

3チームとも準備する備品や当日の役割分担の確認を行いました。残りあと２週間。ラストスパートとなります！

The final regular meeting was held.All three teams confirmed the supplies to be prepared and the division of roles on the day of the event.
Only two weeks left. We are in the home stretch!

第6回ミーティングを実施しました。

6回目の定例会を開催しました。
３チームともロジ表をもとに、当日の流れを確認しました。
開催までちょうどあと１か月。大詰めを迎えています！

The sixth regular meeting was held.Three teams reviewed the day's flow referring to the time schedule. GPBS is just one month away. The project reaches the homestretch!

５回目の定例会を開催しました。
サイトビジット先は４団体に決まり、紹介文を作成しています。
Future Sessionでは、発表内容について登壇者との コンタクト状況を共有いただきました。プロボノプレイスでは、日本とグローバルメンバーとの交流が促進されるプログラムを検討しています。来月に向けて、スケジュールを固めていきます。

The fifth regular meeting was held.
Four organizations have been selected for site visits and introductions are being prepared.
In the Future Session, the members shared the status of their contacts with the speakers regarding the content of their presentations. In the Pro Bono Place Global, the members are considering programs to promote exchanges between Japanese and global members.We will firm up our schedule for next month.

第4回ミーティングを実施しました。

4回目の定例会を開催しました。
３チームから以下の報告をいただき、順調に準備が進んでいます。
Pro Bono Place Global：会場のレイアウトやお料理、プログラム案
Site Visit：訪問先の候補や当日のボランティア
Future Sessions：プレゼンターへのコンタクト状況 etc.
グローバルメンバーのショートインタビューの様子もお聞きし、イメージが膨らみました。

The fourth regular meeting was held.
Preparations are progressing well with the following reports from the three teams.
Pro Bono Place Global: Venue layout, food service menu and program ideas
Site Visit: potential sites to visit and volunteers on the day of the visit
Future Sessions: Status of contact with presenters, etc.
We also heard about short interviews with global members, which will give us a clearer picture.

３回目の定例会を開催しました。Pro Bono Place Globalチームからは、会場候補の下見の計画や当日のプログラム案を、Future Sessionsチームからは、登壇者へのご案内文書を、Site Visitチームからは、訪問先候補を共有し、意見交換を行いました。
その後、各セッションの登壇者ドラフト会議を開催。準備が一歩一歩進んでいます。

The third regular meeting was held.
The Pro Bono Place Global team shared plans for a preliminary inspection of potential venues and the proposed program for the day, the Future Sessions team shared request letter for speakers, and the Site Visit team shared potential sites to visit and exchanged opinions.
After that, a draft meeting was held for the speakers of each session. 
Preparations for the event are progressing step by step.

2回目のミーティングを開催し、3つのサブチーム（Pro Bono Place Global, Site Visit, and Future Sessions）の進捗報告と意見交換を行いました。参加申し込み状況や会場下見の共有など、サミットのイメージが徐々に湧いてきます！

The second meeting was held to report on the progress of the three sub-teams (Pro Bono Place Global, Site Visit, and Future Sessions) and exchange opinions. The status of applications for participation and the results of the preliminary inspection of the venue were shared, and we are starting to get an image of the summit!

オリエンテーションを開催し、メンバー全員でのキックオフとなりました。（早朝の海外出張先よりご参加頂いた方も！）プロジェクトへの抱負を共有した後、３つのサブチーム（Pro Bono Place Global、Site Visit、Future Sessions）に分かれて、今後に向けた相談が始まりました。ワクワクのエネルギー溢れる場となり、これからが楽しみです！
